Usually this is because your zenology is on an outdated version, since I created the banks using version 2.0.0. If you have an "aquired" version of zenology it should still work fine aswell. Also make sure to backup any user made presets before installing new zenology as it will be lost.

Since it is a digital download all sales are final. If you accidentally purchased a kit twice I can try to refund via shopify just send me a dm or email me.
